Maria Rush Maria Rush launched her career in beauty more than 20 years ago during what she thought was a part-time summer job. It turned into a lifetime passion for all things beauty. Today, her primary role is in purchasing and vendor relations for more than 300 brands at Beauty Collection, a high-end bank of beauty boutique retail stores in Southern California. What she enjoys most is the constant interaction with new people and new brands, the ever-changing market of products and fostering lifelong relationships. To this day, she still works with people who taught her the nuts and bolts of the beauty business during her early career.
