What else can you tell us about exciting new launches we'll be seeing from your company? Kadar: We have a lot of dif ferent product launches that are coming out. We have a mini version of the Dream Palette too; so it's great for travel. I think we're going to create a trend of keeping makeup simple and not having to use a lot of different products; because at the end of the day, we don't have a lot of time or resources. Who wants to spend an extra $20, $30 or $40 on extra prim- ers? Just really fully functional makeup that's multipurpose—that's where the line is really going. Villarreal: We're expanding on our "more than meets the eye" accessories. Therefore, you'll see clipless, bandless jewels; professional styling jewels; detachable bands for styling flexibility; wrap-a-round bands that allow for the most creative looks yet; and secrets that we can't yet reveal! Weiss-Fischmann: 2016 will be a fantastic year at OPI. So stay tuned! What are some of your must-haves for the season? Kadar: In winter, because of the weather conditions, a lot of people have dry skin, and makeup can look really flaky; so it's really important to make your skin look hydrated and refreshed.
