"I spent 10 great years there and gained experience in all facets of the consumer goods business from product development, marketing and manufacturing to sales and distribution." From there, Campbell worked for a company called Inverness, where he was fi rst exposed to niche beauty categories. The company developed a line of retail and professional depilatories called One Touch and clean + easy, which were eventually sold to American International Industries. He started his own business with his wife Lena in 2004. Today, they manufacture and market beauty products under the Godefroy brand. "Our goal is the same today as it was when we started: To develop unique, high-margin items that meet a specifi c need," adds Campbell.
