122 August 2014 | beautystorebusiness.com Photo Essay FRAGments in L.A. 1 FRAGments, a curated perfume-as-art event/collective for artisan/indie perfumers, took place June 7 in Los Angeles. The free event provided artisan perfumers with an opportunity to present their work in a gallery setting while also selling direct to the public. Maggie Mahboubian (left, pictured with a friend), is founder and curator of FRAGments, and has her own brand, Parfums Lalun. 2 Saskia Wilson-Brown (left), founder and general manager of The Institute for Art and Olfaction, based in Los Angeles, was among those sampling artisan/ indie fragrances.
