The vacuum-forming plant designed and manufactured everything from makeup compacts to full cosmetic displays, with many other supportive products for the industry. Paletto was eventually promoted to project manager and then became the liaison between the beauty-company representatives and the manufacturing plant. In 1996, Paletto met Stanley Wild on a job interview and accepted a position with The Wild Co., a manufacturers rep firm in the professional- beauty industry. Over the years, her knowledge of and prominence in the beauty industry escalated. In 2004, she was given the privilege of organizing and managing The NEBRA Show, now known as the Eastern Buying Conference. Soon after she became the show manager for the Western Buying Conference. After many successful shows on the east and west coasts and with the support of all involved, Paletto established her own company, A Perfect Show, a name that expresses how she strives to make every show perfect. ks.
