The Bavaria, Germany-based fragrance house boasts an expert staff that handcrafts its perfumes in small editions and artistically packages them in simple glass bottles embellished with a splash of color. The fragrances are also offered in a vibrant art-edition bottle. The newest scent to join the collection is Fantastic Green Bird, which is a fusion of tequila, agave, aloe and verbena in the top notes along with hyacinth, honeysuckle and jasmine in the heart, and artemisia, amber and sandalwood at the base. The decorative, refillable bottle was designed by German artist Barbara Engelhard. The boxes are also handmade by artist Rasa Gaudisauskiene, who hails from Lithuania. SRP: $95, 2-oz. bottle; $197, special art edition Common Good Jina Kim, sales 347.763.2413 jina@commongoodandco.com commongoodandco.com Brooklyn-based Common Good launched in 2010 with a simple vision—to create safe, effective, refillable cleaning products that present a simple, modern design aesthetic. As new parents, co-founders Sacha Dunn and Edmund Levine were dismayed by the amount of plastic they were recycling weekly. They yearned to refill those bottles with good, clean products that were safe for their kids and also for their dog. When it wasn't available, they created Common Good. With the help of expert chemists, green formulas were developed that are free from conventional chemicals such as chlorine and ammonia. Using biodegradable, plant- and mineral-based ingredients and 100% pure essential oils, they created a range of gentle, sulfate-free household cleaners. Among its most popular items is the Common Good Hand Soap. Joining the lineup of lavender, bergamot and the unscented versions is the company's latest scent, coriander, which was unveiled in April. SRP: $8 Bottega Organica Dr. Paolo Manfredi paolo.manfredi@bottegaorganica.com bottegaorganica.com New York City's buzzing Christopher Street is the new location for Italian brand Bottega Organica. The company recently opened its doors to the New York elite, but prior to its debut stateside, Bottega Organica produced olive oil, cosmetic oils and serums for those in Italy lucky enough to call themselves friends and family. Founded in 2012 by Dr. Andrea Alimonti and a team of other doctors, the brand's mission is to create a revolutionary collection of 100% organic, all-natural skincare products with proven antiaging activity. In keeping with its commitment to natural ingredients, Bottega Organica boasts grand stretches of fertile, uncontaminated land in the coastal regions of Liguria, Italy, where herbs and fruits grow wild and are harvested naturally without pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The brand also boasts antiaging properties in its formulations. Bottega Organica's Nourishing Face Oil is offered in a lavender scent, and is made with 100% cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil from the company's farm. Its soothing formula is a fusion of rosemary, lemon balm, grape leaves and French lilac. Golden and prawn sage provide optimal antiaging action, and lavender adds relaxing effects and delivers antiseptic action. SRP: $48, 1 fl. oz. Now is the Time to Switch to Clipper Ease!
