Hillas has been personally involved in working with marketing to develop new products within the Dr. G brand both at PWC and Woodward Laboratories; and has successfully transitioned other PWC brands into pro beauty, including Bio Oil, Trim and Nailene. Hillas began his beauty career as the corporate beauty studio director at Buffums department stores in Southern California; and later worked as a salon consultant at Paris Ace Beauty Supply. He started his own exclusive line distributorship—Diamond Beauty Products—in the early 1990s and later sold it to a much larger beauty distributor and joined the team as vice president of sales for the salon division. In addition to his role as national sales manager at PWC, Hillas concurrently heads the institutional division at PWC, selling branded items to schools, prisons, medical facilities and more. He has a degree in business administration and when he's not wearing his beauty hat, eats, sleeps and breathes University of Southern California football.
