Berger, president 646.561.8481 wendib@plmparfums.com plmparfums.com Pour le Monde's 100%-certified natural perfumes were created when the brand's fragrance-junkie founder, Wendi Berger, was expecting a baby and couldn't find any natural perfumes that pleased her senses as much as the synthetic ones. When research revealed a void for 100% natural eau de parfums, she worked with a natural-fragrance chemist and developed Pour le Monde, which translates to "for the world." Launched in fall 2013, Pour le Monde's collection is marketed as one of only two companies with fragrances certified by the Natural Products Association. It is also recognized by the Leaping Bunny Program for being animal-cruelty free and vegan. Each fragrance additionally gives back to a designated charity. The company just unveiled a three-piece collection, which includes Empower, a delicious unisex citrus; Together, a delicate woodsy floral; and Envision, a sensual, exotic statement fragrance. SRP: $95, 1.7-oz. eau de parfum natural spray Union Fragrance John O'Sullivan, founder and CEO 917.743.3377 john.osullivan@unionfragrance.com unionfragrance.com Union is a new perfume collection that celebrates the unique scents that are gathered from the British Isles and fused into blends that speak of the majesty and diversity of the landscape. Union's perfumer, Anastasia Brozler, has scoured the countryside for the most unique ingredients. The Quince, Mint & Moss fragrance is based on the tangy scent of quince from Somerset. Garden Mint at the top is an equally exuberant, luxuriantly green scent, which is accompanied by icy-cool juniper berries and spicy lime leaves. The emerging quince notes are encased in an herb crust with wild thyme from Snowdonia and sage from Gloucestershire. At the base, mountain ash extract from Sterling and soft Irish moss provide a verdant cushion. The other fragrances in Union's collection include Holy Thistle, Celtic Fire, Gothic Bluebell and Gunpowder Rose.
