Get The Look
Step 1 : Apply a thin layer of foundation—such as Illuminaré Cosmetics' Moisturizing Mineral
Foundation—over the lips.

St ep p 3 : Set the lip color with a light powder, such as Palladio Beauty's Rice Powder.
St ep 4 : Dip the Royal Brush [R]evolution BX-10 Small Powder Brush into the powder
and tap it against the container to shake off the excess.
St ep 5 : Gently dab the powder onto the lips. Brush off any excess powder and press
the lips together to set the finish. ■
